India’s first female-only coding bootcamp

Indore (Madhya Pradesh) [India]April 1 (ANI/NewsSee): Launched March 26, 2022 at 12:00 p.m., She loves code is the first Coding Bootcamp in India dedicated to women to improve their IT skills and get placed in their dream job at Rs. 0 upfront fee. We believe that women hold the power to innovate and change on a larger scale. Our goal is to enhance their IT skills while bridging the gap between them and recruiters.
The launch talked about the current scenario of women in leadership positions followed by the importance of learning about technology for women. The panel included prominent female IT personalities, namely keynote speaker Annie Mathew, director of developer relations at Microsoft Asia-Pacific, guest of honor Vidisha Chatterjee, director of communications for WhatApp India, and guest speaker Shwetha Rao, Principal at VMware.
It was a delightful journey knowing the true stories of such powerful women. The event then covered all the details of the She Loves Code program, followed by a fun and interactive Q&A session with CEO Osheen Chavhan, where she not only answered any doubts but also shared the journey. and the idea behind this initiative.
In India, female developers now represent just 26% of the total number of developers worldwide. This harsh reality reflects the lack of awareness, proper learning platform and opportunities for women in the IT sector. This is where She Loves Code comes in.

She Loves Code offers two courses: Full Stack Development and Cloud Computing.
Each course lasts 6 months (part-time), classes Monday to Sunday, 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Students also benefit from live lessons, including timely one-to-one live interaction, clarification sessions doubts, recognized and experienced tutors, career advice, live projects, interview preparation and employment assistance. She Loves Code follows the ISA (Revenue Sharing Agreement) model, where students can take the entire 5-month course for free and only pay after placement, i.e. zero upfront fees until until you are placed for 4.5 LPA and above.

The event was a huge success, students were exposed to successful women in IT, inspiring them to pursue careers in technology as well. She Loves Code intends to spread this exhibition, while providing the perfect platform for women around the world to learn and advance in technology.
